The St. David's Wellness Center hours of operation are:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday 7am - 4pm
  • Lunch 11am - 12pm

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred by calling (512) 544-0278.

How to make an appointment:

Please call the St. David's Wellness Center at St. David’s Medical Center during the hours of operation to schedule an appointment at (512) 544-0278. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred.

New Patients:

If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You can download, print, and complete the required forms prior to your appointment. Please bring the completed forms, a list of all current medications, recent copies of x-rays, lab results and your insurance card to your appointment.

Cancellations or Rescheduling:

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand. Prescription refill requests:

The St. David's Wellness Center can assist with refill requests during regular office hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. The St. David's Wellness Center is closed every day from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for lunch.
